2 to 5 days · From 6 participants · Basque Country

In French and English. Designed with you. Reply within 48 hours.

A distinctive experience. Your own challenge.

Rebuild trust in a team, step back from how you lead or gather around a new direction: the programme begins with what you want to work on.

In the water, you notice your reactions to uncertainty. Coaching helps put words to the experience and connect it to professional situations. Movement creates another way to listen to yourself.

That shared work informs how you decide, cooperate and act once you return.

What makes it distinctive: mind, body and space.

  • The ocean supports; surfing shifts perspective

It exposes us to the same leadership challenges as working life, in an environment that does not lie.

  • Coaching reveals

It turns what happened in the water into insights that travel back to work.

  • Yoga anchors

It helps learning take root in the body beyond the experience itself.

  • The group transforms

Shared vulnerability and trust make possible what people cannot create alone.

Why does surfing reveal so much?

Surfing is a mirror. In a few hours, it can reveal what the body knows before the mind has words for it.

  1. Observation: reading what lies ahead

Before entering the water, the surfer observes the spot, currents and dangers. They assess themselves, build their strategy and already accept that it will need to adapt.

The strategic distance that everyday life no longer allows.

  2. Entering the water: when strategy meets reality

The first sensations, the body awakening, the strategy adjusting without delay.

Taking action through discomfort: experiencing agility from within.

  3. On the spot: leadership within the group

Unwritten rules, a place to find and trajectories to read.

Self-awareness within the group, leadership experienced physically.

  4. Catching the wave: full commitment

Position yourself, respect others, then commit fully and trust yourself.

Complete presence, alignment between intention and action, and what is felt when everything works.

Questions?

We answer them here.

Do I need surfing or yoga experience?

No previous experience is needed. The instructors adapt each session to the group, and everyone practises at their own level.

Which teams is this experience for?

It is designed for groups of 6 to 16 people, including leadership teams, management groups and colleagues from one organisation or different backgrounds. We begin with your shared intention.

How can we justify the investment internally?

We agree what success would look like in advance and identify ways to review what changed. The experience focuses on how people see themselves, others and their work together.

How is the practical side organised?

The proposal covers the programme, location, activities and meals. Surfing times follow tides and ocean conditions, and we explain any adjustments in advance.
