Data we collect
Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (if provided), type of request and the content of your message, which you send us voluntarily. No sensitive data is requested. Audience measurement: on every visit, our host's servers receive technical data (IP address, browser, device type, page viewed, referring site). Our host Fimo uses it to produce aggregated visit statistics: number of visitors, page views, countries, devices and traffic sources. No cookie or tracker is placed on your device for this purpose. We only have access to these aggregated statistics, with no individual profiling.
Purposes and legal basis
Form data is used to answer your request, arrange a first conversation and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the co-founders of The Alvea and to its technical providers acting as processors, in particular Fimo (Strapi, Inc.), which hosts the site, receives form messages and produces the visit statistics. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our host Fimo is operated by a company established in the United States, where some data may be processed. According to its data processing agreement, transfers from the European Economic Area to third countries are covered by EU-approved standard contractual clauses. Read the agreement.
Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the applicable legal period. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form only.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. This includes the right to object to audience measurement. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies or audience-measurement trackers. The visit statistics described above are produced without cookies. External links do not load third-party content until you open them.
